Our aspiration is for you to use our products until you grow tired of them, promoting sustainability and reducing the strain on the environment by curbing excessive consumption.
In line with our commitment to REUSE and RECYCLE, we provide you with an incredible opportunity to exchange the products you’ve purchased from our website, subject to certain conditions outlined below:

- Exchange Request Process:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to the “MY ACCOUNT” section.
- Select the product for exchange from the purchase history.
- Submit the questionnaire along with the video/pictures of the product.
- Once we receive the request, we will assess the product condition.
- If the exchange is approved, send the product to us at your expense.
- “To Pay” courier protocol will not be accepted.
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it.
- A coupon of the exchange value will be provided in your membership login.
- A product can be exchanged only once.
- An exchanged product cannot be exchanged again but can be replaced with the same product if it fits the criteria outlined in our RETURNS policy.

At RARO Homes, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Our return policy for chopping boards and trays is designed to ensure your satisfaction. For other products, refer to the product page, for chopping boards and trays, here’s what you need to know:
Conditions for Returns:
- The chopping boards/trays must be returned in an intact condition else; you can get them repaired as per the “free repair” policy.
- Ensure that the wood hasn’t been chipped off from any part of the board/tray
Wood of the chopping boards/trays should not show signs of swelling due to water exposure. - No Burn Marks should be there on the chopping boards/trays.
- Feel free to exchange the chopping boards/trays with knife marks (both shallow and deep), food and liquid stains.

To facilitate a smooth return process, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines when returning chopping boards or trays:
- Submit Visual Documentation:
- Provide a clear video showcasing the product.
- Include three detailed pictures from different angles.
- Inspection and Qualification:
- Our team will inspect the submitted documentation.
- If the product meets the return criteria, it qualifies for replacement.
- Refund Policy:
- No cash refunds will be issued for returned items.
- Exchange for another product is available.
- Website Credits/Coupon:
- For eligible returns, you will receive website credits.
- These credits will be issued in the form of a coupon.
- The coupon amount will be determined by the depreciation norms outlined below.
- These coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.
Exchange Process and Depreciation Calculation exemplified:
A single product worth INR 5000 can be exchanged as follows:
- Between year 1 & 2 – 4250 INR in credits plus any other applicable cost in difference of the new product(s)
2. Between year 2 & 3 – 3500 INR in credits plus any other applicable cost in difference of the new product(s)
3. Between year 3 & 4 – 2500 INR in credits plus any other applicable cost in difference of the new product(s)
4. No replacement after 4 years of usage.
