- Eligibility:
- Free repairs are available for the entire lifetime of the product.
- No specific timeline is applicable; it’s a lifetime service.
- Repair Process
- Initiate repairs function in “My Accounts” section by uploading a video inspection and detailed picture of the products.
2.1 Repairs will be considered for:
- Product joints coming off.
- Adhesives giving way with usage
- Natural occurrences causing damage.
- Exclusions:
- Repairs won’t be conducted if:
- The wood is broken in one or many places.
- Damages result from wilful tampering, wishful breakage, or misuse.
- Damages due to microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, or deep-freezing.
- Video Inspection:
- A recorded video or live video call may be required for inspection.
- Trained repair staff will assess the eligibility for free repair.
- Quotation for Other Repairs:
- Repairs which fall outside the free repair policy, a quotation will be provided.
